Carol Hoffman has 30 years of experience in founding and leading work-life and employee assistance programs (EAPs) in higher education. She recently retired as the Associate Provost and founding Director of Work-Life at Columbia University. Prior to that, Carol founded work-life and employee assistance programs at UC Berkeley. Carol served as a board member of the College and University Work/Family/Life Association, which addresses the needs of colleges and universities throughout the US and Canada. She has published and presented on work-life and employee assistance topics, and now offers consultation to colleges and universities seeking meaningful solutions to evolving work-life needs.
